If the Sale is not designated as "SOLD OUT" then the organizers may not have reached the maximum rental of tables. Sales listed with Members Only allow only their members to sell, however the sales are open to everyone to shop. Department Store Style is where items are sorted by gender and size similar in fashion to a department store with a centralized check out.
